Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and SiteLuxe LLC (referred to here as "SiteLuxe," "we," "us," or "our").
2. Our Services
We design and build websites for service-based businesses. Project scope, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in a separate agreement before work begins.
3. Payments
Project fees are due as outlined in your specific project agreement. All fees are non-refundable. Payments are processed securely via our authorized financial representatives. Following live deployment, ongoing hosting and site maintenance require an active subscription to Priority Maintenance & Support. If a client cancels their Priority Maintenance & Support subscription and allows their website hosting to lapse, SIteLuxe LLC reserves the right to archive or take the website offline. If the client later requests to reactivate their website, they will be subject to a mandatory reactivation fee, provided the site files are still recoverable.
4. Intellectual Property & Site Ownership
SiteLuxe LLC retains full legal ownership of all code, custom design templates, frameworks, and digital assets associated with the website. Upon final payment, the client is granted an exclusive, non-transferable license to display their business content on the hosted website while maintaining an active subscription. SiteLuxe LLC reserves the right to showcase completed work in our digital portfolio and marketing materials, and to place a discrete design credit link in the website footer.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteLuxe LLC, along with its members, officers, and representatives, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, domain registrar failures, or external downtime outside our direct control. SiteLuxe LLC builds high-performance, informational websites designed to showcase your trade to local homeowners, but we do not guarantee any specific business results, including but not limited to, a minimum number of leads, phone calls, sales, or local search rankings.
